Zoomed view of the ranch house. The US Flag is a nice touch, it was there in April 2019. The two dish antennas are curious. Maybe an old one got replaced by a new one. Comparing photos from April 2019 and this trip, it appears that the only thing moved was the pickup truck. It was parked facing the ranch house in 2019.
