On my day of arrival, Friday 4/1/22, I drove on the road that leads NW from FR14 past our campsite to the New Windmill and then turns SW towards the Perry Windmill. Both windmills have been converted to solar powered pumps. This photo is the Perry Windmill which has lost its top. Based on GE satellite image history the conversion happened some time between April 2017 and Nov 2018.
