This upper switchback pic was taken close to the highpoint (6200ft) at ~3.2 miles in and just prior to a 90 degree right turn (see pic 16 and tag note) when after making the right turn, you will hopefully, immediately hear the welcomed roar of the main Rock Creek Waterfall
(when this waterfall is at a heavy flow as it was this day).
