Did a quick pre-hike/jog of this loop for a Sierra group hike that never happened (road was closed due to high water levels). Great hike and two "crested" saguaros on the same trail! The smaller is a little off the trail yet still visible. I'd recommend doing the loop clockwise and have lunch along the creek just a few minutes up the trail after hitting the creek.

The trail is easy to follow and well signed.
