| no partners | | | Daughter and son in law in town so we checked out the Vulture Mine. We paid the 10 bucks, got a tour map and went to hike. The main suggested trail around all the buildings is only about Three Quarters of a mile, but we wandered off exploring everywhere we could. Some buildings are now to deteriorated to go in. Some buildings had quite a bit of stuff laying around. If you pay for the map, when you return it is when they mention you can go to the Two school houses nearby, complete with playground and outhouse. Wanted to go up Vulture Peak since I was out Wickenburg way, but ran out of time. |
