| no partners | | | Made it from First Water TH to the trough in a little over 3 hours with Mike(inFHAZ), and had trouble locating the spring itself. Went upstream through some pretty rough stuff then it dried out completly so we gave up and went back to our campsite. The trough was overflowing so the lack of spring was no big deal, along with plenty of clean pools and a slight trickle in the creek. Went back out the next morning but skipped the Bull Pass trail and stayed on the Dutchmans trail on the way back. Made it back in about 3 1/2 hrs, under cloudy skies the entire way out. |
