I was going to write this up as a trail description but since fractional distances aren't apparently allowed any more (this trail itself is .3 miles long), even though the trail is an established BLM-promoted route, I decided to just write up a triplog instead. My distance ended up being longer than the trail since I parked early due to some sand and hiked in on the road. I probably could have just driven through the sand and gotten to the parking lot since after the sand patch the road was decent again. 2WD vehicles could park about where I did and hike in on the road as well for approximately my distance and AEG. Further hiking is possible in to Mill Canyon itself. |
