| no partners | | | was actually coming to do "first water trail" first marker we came to said one way dutchman trail other way second water trail. we had just had some rain the night befor,so figured why not see a waterfall....ooops. there was a tiny trickle of a waterfall on second water trail though at the first water creek. the views on this trail were GREAT every 200 to 300 feet a new scene unfolded in front of you. there was alotta wildlife a eagle appeared to have caught a snake. jack rabbits ran by along with some nervous lil ground squirels, lizards were gorging on the thousands of ants that that were scattered about. the foliage was pretty dense in a few spots. was a great hike and not very difficult. |
