| partners | | | Sandy, Joseph and I had a lovely weekend in and near Portal. So green in the area; plenty of wildflowers, and yet very few people. I could have been due to the humidity and bugs. There was an abundance of both. We spent the night at the Portal Peak Lodge. I was disappointed with the value vs pricing. Very uncomfortable mattresses, the food at the Cafe was so-so. Internet was good for a remote area. |
