The trail dropped down into the bare rock drainage that has obviously seen some rushing water at times. Far away rumbling of thunder quickened our step. With someone to pick you up at the far end of the trail, this is a nice downhill 1 mile. We didn't have anyone to pick us up, so the return mile was uphill until we again approached camera toting hell at the trailhead. But for a short hike it's impressive down there. |
