| partners | | Bushwack hike in the Santa Catalina front range. Collecting data for the AZ Game and Fish relating to Big Horn Sheep predation and mountain lions.
Basically, we were sent to where the BHS roam, using supplied GPS points from their radio collars. BHS seldom are polite enough to use trails, in addition they frequent sketchy areas.
We were surveying from the sheep's perspective, available cover for mountain lions.
Warm long day. All of our recent hikes were done with 40-low 60 degree air temps, today it was in the 80's.
