| no partners | | Taking the shortcut to Escalante to join Steph and Blake for some adventure. Cottonwood Canyon shaves 86 miles off the paved road route through Kanab. Had driven Cottonwood before north to south, but this was first south to north transit. Funny how you see things differently from their other side. Road was in great condition, so we made good time stopping only for a few photos.
Several nice campsites down on Cottonwood Creek off small side roads. Couple of nice hikes to be had as well. Would have love to have had the time to hike Yellow Rock.
