This was our first hike on our yearly Colorado trip. With a late spring, there where still a lot of snow and very little wild flowers. There where still great views from the top. We did stumbled onto a birds nest on the trail. Miss Ellie was trying to protect the chicks from their own mother. We also saw a coyote near the truck as we came down the mountain. Great little hike.
