I joined Wally for an early loop around Pass Mountain. Always enjoy the early start. I usually go clockwise when I start from the horse lot but I think Wally’s choice of counter clockwise today from his trailhead was a good call. We had most of the up done before we even saw the sun! Wally got pretty close to our first rattler of the season but it was in a fairly good mood! Probably good we saw it first as the guy coming the other way soon after had earbuds in.Nice hike and home by 8am. Good to get a hike in with you my friend! Like HAZ, you rock!
