| no partners | | Not technically a wilderness but sure feels like it. Had the place to ourselves. Many of the ruins are high on cliffs with seemingly impossible access. Stopped for lunch and looking around realized we were in the middle of a Indian village midden. There were pottery sherds, points, and fleshing tools everywhere. Looking uphill from here we found huge pit houses, grainerys, complete with a Mano and metate. This was a large village. Great time. |
