| no partners | | | Went to Tomin no mori (都民の森) on the edge of Tokyo in search of fall colors. Sun was out in full force when we started around 10:30 but the clouds began rolling in soon after. Still we were rewarded with view views of Mt. Fuji and some gorgeous fall colors. Heard some grouse but did not see them. |

Autumn Foliage Observation Substantial
Peak probably has not hit yet but with cooler temps and dry weather fall colors should last another couple of weeks. |
