this is a wonderful trail. i thought it would be a quiet thanksgiving weekend, but there ended up being two other groups down there, not for the worst though. the company was fun. as the other canyon trails are compared this trail is pretty moderate. it was nice to have the steep incline than have 4.5 miles of flat to loosen the legs before another incline. the water falls were great, i can't believe i saw 4 waterfalls over 50 ft tall in one area. i would like to go back to go through the narrows when the water is not so cold. i did this trip as a loop around to tapeat creek and than back up. the part along the river was defiently my favorite. i will be back to this area again.
