Trail is pretty easy to follow. Bring bug spray, as mosquitos were out in full force. Despite being in the midst of a dry and droughtfilled summer, there was plenty of water and in many parts the trail was muddy, wet and boggy. Spent a fair amount of the trail looking for rocks, clumps, and drier ways to proceed. Also a fair amount of dead fall across the trail. Two creek crossings. One there is a bridge of logs, another required walking through. It was about knee high, and fairly decent current. Would recommend trekking poles and footwear to protect feet from rocks.
