Pleasant day, no others around. Traveling counterclockwise on the GPS route given found a new arch after the mask when the trail turns south high ahead on the right in a knob of Tuff. Called it "Trap Saddle Arch". A horse trail leads to the saddle.

Did this one with Andrew today. The first 1/2 mile was a disappointment, as we were basically hiking in a 4x4 playground. But I'm glad we kept with it. As AZLOT69 mentions in his photoset, the wash at the end is "quite secluded with awesome views." In fact, the silence was pleasantly deafening.

Of course, we had to briefly join the 4x4 fun before leaving. Follow that up with an ice cream cone and it made for a perfect father/son getaway!

Combined Cactus with Prickly to make a lasso loop. Starts and ends on a jeep trail with the middle section quite secluded with awesome views. A typical Goldfield hike without seeing anyone else even on a weekend. :-$
