A hint of the change of seasons was in the air today. Winter like cloud formations over the Sierra. Quite cool temperatures at this altitude that provided the perfect environment for an industrious day of rock hounding. Lots of fun and you don't necessarily have to look too hard. Beautiful collectible rocks everywhere.
