| partners | | 9L was about to embark on a long hike and needed a little warmup so we decided that this would be the perfect way to get things started.
Really cool of you are into geology. The fault varies from about 10 to 30 feet across and as much as 50 feet deep. The trail travels along the edges most of the way but passes through it at one point as well.
Great to finally meet hikebot too! Can't believe we were all there on the same day! |

| partners | | Chumley and 9L threatened to drop me in the fault if I didn't stop talking...after seeing a chunk of the fault line that dropped down a good 50ft or more into a dark nothingness...I stopped talking.
Really neat thing to see,wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to see it but if you're up in the area take a look see. |
