Second hike for the day. Hike starts on road and then after 0.2 miles takes off onto a real trail. Trail is easy to follow and cairns mark the few slick rock sections. Destination of this hike is a overview of the gorge. View at overview was great. |

| no partners | | | Pleasant hike up the mesas to a point were you can look into the gorge carved by the Fremont River. Gorgeous. Hot and humid. Storms built fast and if I did what I initially thought I would do, Navajo Knobs, I would have been quite wet. Glad I did this, and then I ate a pie after. Strawberry Rhubarb! |
