A leg stretcher from our rental on the OBX, to the vehicle beach to try and get a view of the wild horses.

On the way back, I stopped at the Currituck Banks Reserve to check out the short trails there.

While I was driving toward mainland North Carolina, I noticed the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. This was an unplanned stop on my trip. I did the tour and stopped by the gift shop. Like most lighthouses, it does have great views from the top.
I then headed to Quantico, VA to take my s_n-in-la_ out for dinner.
