Did this hike starting around 8 am on some sandy trails. Some parts of the trail were similar to walking on sand, so it was slower than on a better trail. On the blue trail, going West, I saw a turtle crossing sign but didn't see any turtles crossing. I saw a few deer in the treed areas, along with some larger birds nesting way up high in the bigger trees.
