There's plenty of shoulder parking along the north side of Hunt Hwy and this would avoid crossing any of the private property within the N Bell Rd Queen Creek neighborhood. I'm actually surprised this southern appendage of QC hasn't been master planned yet but perhaps a 100-year assured water supply isn't possible or optimistically, the park is trying to purchase more sections. Times have really changed because N Bell Road used to be the route into the park for some late-night wheeling, wildlife spotting and an alternative approach to average hiking speed 2.56 mph
