Went in March 2024 before the Backcountry ACE crew cleared it. The trail is much improved with all the work the crews did in April and May of 2024. However, the trail profile is still very rough with the ups and downs following the ridges. I suspect it was cowboy built with no gradient consideration. I hiked six miles into the first sign of water along the drainage south of Sheep Creek Seep. I decided coming in from the west (Horseshoe Lake) would be the better route and plan to complete the survey in January 2025. |

| | Water in drainage south of Sheep Creek Seep. Turned around before reaching seep. Considerably more water in the spring. This water was likely from the rain the previous week. | | | |
