We found the Fossil Springs trail on a very windy day in May, and loved every minute. I can see why unprepared folks could need to be rescued, it was warm in the canyon eventhough it was almost chilly up top due to the wind.

There was a group of teenagers in front of us carrying only towels and no water, it wouldn't suprise me if they needed (or wanted) help on the way out. This is such a pretty trail, I can't wait for it to cool off so we can go explore more!
