| no partners | | I went back to the mountain that kicked my pumpkin last weekend with my friend, Daniel, and we kicked its pumpkin. It kicked back, though, and almost broke my knee. The attached a video of a 360? view around the summit (33.769444, -111.854897), officially 3,061 feet, to my post regarding this hike on Facebook. At 3,061 feet, that's 357 feet higher than Camelback Mountain, but (to be fair) the ascent phase of that hike starts at 2,672 feet, just 32 feet shy of Camelback's summit elevation of 2,704 feet. However, with an average 25% grade going up and only loose, sandy mountainside, it's not a typical walk in the park. |
