Short hike to a nice seasonal waterfall. Easily followed trail, but unofficial.
From the parking area right at the road, follow the side road a bit over 50 yards back to a camp spot. To find the beginning of the trail, walk all the way north into the campspot, and turn left to look west. The trail starts here and roughly follows a fenceline up to the falls area.

Check out the Official Route and Triplogs.

To hike
Take I-10 to the Mescal/J6 exit 297. Go north on Mescal Road for 3 miles, where it will turn to graded dirt. Continue 10 miles more, to a parking spot on the left. You'll have to cross at least 2-3 stream crossing most of the year. Passable by most SUVs, trucks, and Subarus, but not always by car.
