Rock Lake via Ophir Creek Trail, NV :: Question by AZClaimju

Post by AZClaimjumper »

I now have a lasso loop hike up to Rock Lake. Should I modify/edit this hike or should I delete this one & do an entirely new hike with longer distances, waypoints & different description pertaining to hiking the loop clockwise or counterclockwise?

I suppose I could put the lasso loop hike & then have you take a look at both & then give me your advice.

Hi Bill

I would recommend posting a generic route then linking to relevant descriptions. General best practice is to post one-way designated trails as descriptions. Then variations can be posted as generics linking all necessary standard routes.
Start by posting a GPS Route
Start by posting a GPS Route
Post it as a Generic
Post it as a Generic
Use a generic name of your choice that clearly describes the loop in as few words as possible.

Finally link relevant descriptions.

If you need more help do not hesitate to send me a private message or reply to this forum thread.
