Good Spot for Viewing Fireworks
Anyone else have an idea of a good spot for fireworks viewing here in Tucson (that wouldn't be overrun with people)? I've always just done Pusch's Flatiron for that.

Re: Good Spot for Viewing Fireworks
Somewhere here on HAZ there's a tidbit of useful information for people who are searching for a hike with waterfalls and swimming holes and no people within half an hour of Phoenix or Tucson. I forget the exact wording, but that same answer applies here.azdesertfather wrote:good spot for fireworks viewing here in Tucson (that wouldn't be overrun with people)?
I'm not sure what my spirit animal is, but I'm confident it has rabies.

I would head out on the Pontatoc Trail. People? Sure, very likely, but you might find a nice spot to watch the fireworks. Otherwise, head to a hospital parking garage and take the stairs to the top to watch them. NWMC has a nice garage with stairs for just such an occasion. Just don't tell them.

Re: Good Spot for Viewing Fireworks
No fireworks photos on HAZ this year?
Past years have shown some pretty nice results:
