I have spent a lot of time in that area, other than a reliable spring you will hit in the first couple of miles along w. Pinto, I would expect dry until ranch. Most years Brusy spring on Campaign (which is a little out of the way) would be a good call, but man it was a dry year...you would most likely be counting on a few pot holes as you neared Campaign Divide..

While not directly on trail to Reavis...
Bull Basin/Paradise Canyon were dry last week even after some rain.

A slightly more reliable source, location is in caption, always water here...but a little early in hike to really serve of use to you, photo taken nearly the exact same time of year, it was bone dry everywhere else too at time of pic..http://hikearizona.com/photo.php?ZIP=371388
