That's straight off the GCNP website's news page. I've been watching for more news. Some of us are just guessing that Joshua probably thought he could float along the shoreline in shallow water, from Pancho's Kitchen to the next camp, Football Field, to visit whoever was camping there. Then he could easily walk back to Pancho's. Instead he must have been caught in the current. There's no mention of him having on a PFD, just the pool toy in the shape of a swan.
