I usually carry a first aid kit with me on the trail. I was trying to figure out if I carry too much or too little. Those of you that carry a first aid kit:
What is included in your kit?
What do you regularly use from it?
What's in your first aid kit?

Re: What's in your first aid kit?
I have a old style first aid kit and I also carry some prescription Morphine even though I haven't had to use it in almost a year. But it is nice to have just in case. I will say that my Somewear is part of my first aid planning. Hiking with Rowdy there's always a chance that a first aid kit on it's own will not be enough.
