Spotted for the first time in 150 years in Ghana. Very large owl, apparently very little is known regarding it's activity. Shoulda stayed hidden!!

This species is found in Central and Western Africa.
Uganda is a stone's throw east of central. Perhaps @gummo will spot one on his next trip to add to [ Shelley's eagle-owl ] .
