Supai Tribe buys Grand Canyon Caverns

I guess we now know what THEY did with their PPE and 'flood damage' money.....

@hikeaz
I drive by that place all summer long for my job. I have also camped there and toured the caverns. I also broke down there in 2020 in my old motorhome, got towed to Williams. (I got the motorhome fixed and immediately bought a newer one.) Anyway, that place is pleasingly funky and weird. I hope the tribe can keep some of that feeling, but also prevent the whole place from falling down. The kitschy Route 66 nostalgia is great. I hope they just clean it up a little and don't change it too much.
