"Globe Ranger District is implementing a National Forest Service Road (NFSR) 287 Area Closure on #TontoNF. Please be aware that portions of NFSR 3037 and Haunted Canyon Trail, which bound the Described Area, will also be closed."
"The purpose of this Order is to prevent risk to public health and safety due to blasting operations for road construction. A segment of NFSR 287 (Pinto Valley Mine Road) that currently traverses PVMC’s property is being realigned to run on NFS land west of the Pinto Valley Mine"
"This Order shall be in effect from September 30, 2024, at 6 a.m. through December 27, 2024, at 12 p.m ., unless rescinded.
