The only Jack's Canyon I know of is near Winslow. I'm sure there could be another one, though! It is well-known to rock climbers and is said to have bolted sport routes in the 5.10 to 5.12 range. But I expect, as it is one of those very long canyons that runs northeast into the Little Colorado River, that it would be fun for canyoneering, too. The only canyon in that area I have explored is Chevelon. It is awesome, especially for its swimming holes in summer! East Clear Creek is also said to be great for canyoneering, and is in the same general area. I'm sure there is someone else on the site who has been in these canyons.

In response to azbackpackr's reply:
There is a Jack's Canyon near Sedona as well. I don't have a map handy, but I recall seeing it.
Jack's Canyon near Winslow is awesome! It gets knocked by a lot of climbers (soft grades, chipped holds, drilled pockets) but I've never had a bad time there! Plus those things happened back in the early 90's. All the newer routes are the real deal!
