Availability of water in spring on East Fork Little Colorado

Planning a hike on week of June 26th. Want to know if a recent hiker can confirm good water supply at the spring on the East Fork Little Colorado (5.5 mi from Phelps Cabin or 0.4 mi from intersection of East & West fork)? Also any description on water flow on the West Fork Little Colorado as you get closer to Sheep Crossing?

I will be in the area fishing this coming weekend. Supposedly there is water but the flows are low. This is the best info I have.
