Hello,
I am fairly new to the area and have done some hiking here but I am looking to get out more and explore the area. I am interested in day trips and even overnighters with enough lead time. So if you have some trips planned and do not mind me tagging along just let me know. I am an experienced hiker/climber but I am not into speed, I am more of a cruiser, I like to wander and see places that most people will never get to see.

Hi Ron,
You can use the wish calendar to coordinate with other members. You'll probably have more luck if you specify a date and a specific hike. Just so you get used to Arizona hiking, your first few may want to be no more than hikes rated 3s or less on the difficulty scale, save those 4s and 5s for cooler weather!

Re: Looking for hiking partners
Thanks for the welcome, I have been getting out some, not as much as I would like but I am getting there. Thanks for the advice, I will scope out some stuff to do in the cooler areas and post back.joe bartels wrote: definitely :bigth:
to HAZ Ron, looks(judging by your triplogs) like you've pounded out some good hikes.
