Heading to New Mexico

Post by mttgilbert »

Really, I'm moving to Santa Fe!

My wife got a job there and we'll be leaving on the 18th. Just wanted to thank everyone on HAZ for all the info and entertainment over the years, it's clearly the best damn site on the web.

Hopefully I'll be able to post up some hikes from there, I suspect I'll still be checking back in on the forum from time to time. Good luck and best wishes to everyone hopefully I'll still run into some of you on the trails, it's only 500 miles after all. ;)

It's not AZ, but there's loads of good hiking in NM, too. Good luck!

Keep posting here! Build up the New Mexico side of things on the site. I think we're the best hiking site in the southwest here. Looking forward to hearing about your adventures out htere. Best of luck!

Matt,

Best of luck to you and your wife in your new location. It was a real pleasure getting to meet you all those years ago and hiking some of the trails together. Keep us posted with new adventures you may encounter out in those parts!
