How do you download a hike from Hike AZ to Oregon 450 or save it to a Mac?

Hi David-

I don't have an Oregon, so I don't know the exact method for uploading a track to that unit, but I believe that it mounts on your Mac as a drive and you simply copy the file to it.

Download the correct file format for Oregon (.gpx) from the hike you are interested in, and once its saved to your computer, copy the file to your Oregon. (I think it goes in the GPX folder, which is inside the Garmin folder).
(On HAZ, you'll find the download links on the lower-left corner of the GPS route page you are interested in, scroll down to the list of available file formats. See http://hikearizona.com/location_g.php?GPS=94 for an example)

There are some instructions here that may be of assistance: faq.php#f8r3
I'm not sure what my spirit animal is, but I'm confident it has rabies.

I've never used a MAC but on Linux & Windows.
1) Plug in the unit
2) Download directly into the GPX folder on the unit

azdesertfather is a MAC daddy with a Colorado and surely has some procedure that works if the above or Chumley's help isn't working for you...
