Hiking Friends

Post by Orchdork13093 »

I am new to the site. I am interested in hikes that are challenging (atleast to me) and some people that wouldn't mind hiking as a group. Any recommendations on hikes that can be completed in a single day?

Hidden Valley via Buena Vista is a great hike most enjoy. Hidden Valley is worth the effort. However you can turn around at any point if it seems too much. Temperature wise it should be good Nov through Feb. Still a little warm now.

Most important thing would be what would you consider your hiking experience / skill level? Have you ever done anything more than canal walking? (Not being facetious :) )

Agree with kingsnake ... we need more info about what kind of hikes you've already done in order to make helpful suggestions.

Well, if it helps. I just completed Brown's peak. I am looking for trails a bit easier then that though. Not much easier, just a bit.
