You can view the draft 2020 Trails Plan by clicking below. Comments can be sent directly to TrailsPlan@azstateparks.gov. Feedback will be accepted through March 30, 2020.

I can see a problem here...
In the Trail Priorities and Suggested Actions tables (for both Motorized and Non-motorized use) they list "Enforce Existing Rules and Regulations in Trail Areas" only as a Third Level Priority.
