Paria Canyon: one day trail

Hi

I need some info about paria canyon
I have only one day for a trail and I'm trying to see if it possible to visit these particular spot
(the other day at page I wil see antelope canyon and lake Powell)

In which part of the entire paria canyon are located these particular spots where the walls of canyon are taller and spectacular?



I have to choose the starting point that allows me to reach the places of the photos.
I can consider about 4 hours max to go and 4 hours to return at the starting point for a one day trail.
-Starting from lee ferry (and walk for about 10/15 mi)
-Starting from Wire pass (and walk to the confluence or little more)
-Starting from white house (and walk to the confluence or little more)
-Starting from buckskin (and walk to the confluence or little more)

What are the differences between these trails in term of landscape?

The canyon is deepest at the bottom, near Lee's ferry. However starting from Lee's ferry for the next 5 miles (about a day trip for most people) it is not spectacular at all and carries risk of heatstroke unless hiking during winter months.

Starting from White house, buckskin, or wire pass will all net you spectacular dayhikes (not sure if a permit is required for dayhiking from any of those trailheads?), however trying to make it to the confluence and back in a day is impossible for many. If doing any of these hikes you need to be extra cautious of the weather due to extreme flash flood hazards, and avoid hiking if there is a chance of thunderstorms anywhere in 40 miles.

Carry plenty of water and wait until weather cools for fall to have an enjoyable experience.

For dayhiking set a turnaround time and keep to it, the canyon is unforgiving and very poor hiking conditions if you get stuck there without good sunlight.

White House will probably be your best bet if you're set on getting to the confluence, the first few miles will be unremarkable but it will be the only way you can reasonably get to the confluence without a 25+ mile hike. And you might be able to hike a little ways up Buckskin (Buckskin Gulch is far more interesting than Paria Canyon).

You're not going to just "walk to the confluence" from Wire Pass or Buckskin TH, that's only realistic as a day hike if you do a shuttle to White House.

This is the rainy season, so Paria isn't generally safe, due to flash flooding. I recommend the boat trip in Glen Canyon instead (it goes around Horseshoe Bend.) If you go to Antelope Canyon, you're seeing a slot canyon. But the Colorado River is the true heart of that country, not the artificial lake!
