3d printed bidet, lumbar support, spray holder

Post by TooOld2Hike_EP »

Three prints:

1) I wanted a little more lumbar support in my Baltoro backpack But not as much as the insert that came with it. So I modeled a lumbar support about the same size as what came with my backpack, but about half as thick. It's printed from TPU and is quite squishy. (Just printed it yesterday. Haven't tried it yet.) Stiffness can be increased with more infill.

2) Water is a luxury in Arizona. But when you have it nearby, a bidet is another luxury. This is a screw-on bidet cap for a standard PET bottle. It's better than just a cap with a diverter in it because this one is longer, giving you more reach. And you can aim it easier. Saves tissue/wipes. (So saves carrying as many on trail. And saves burying them on trail.) Cleans better than tissue. Probably better for women too. (Mitigate UTI's.)

3) A holder for my pepper (i.e. "bear") spray. Printed in TPU (flexible).
