Overnighter Friday 3/14 - Roger's Canyon/ JF Loop
Looking for someone(s) who might want to get out for my second gear test of my new hammock. Did a really short overnighter last time because my new insoles destroyed my feet. Hopefully I have that covered this time and am ready to go out again. I would be interested in just about anything! If someone wants to go...we will figure out what the agenda is.

I'm looking to complete this loop that I failed on last weekend. I have one other person joining me, who is very new to back packing, but in good shape from day hikes, and mountain biking. We are going to do the loop counter clock wise, and camp at Angel Basin for the night. We are hitting the trail around 4:30 or 5pm on Friday evening. We might camp sooner if we find a good spot and it's getting dark (although I don't mind hiking in the dark).

I need to do this loop anyway. I would probably have to take a half day off Friday. Do you plan to start hiking at 4:30 - 5:00 or leaving for the TH by then?

I am hoping to leave my house in West Mesa around 3...it's a long drive up to that trail head. We will probably be hiking in the dark to get to camp.

OK, 3pm sounds good. Let me sort a few things out and I'll know for sure early next week.

I will be out of town next week on business...with VERY limited access to my email. If I don't respond, then we are still on for leaving about 3 pm. I will be back on the computer for sure on Thursday night when I get back. -Tyler

Sorry to hear it Wally. I have one other person joining us who isn't on this forum (he is a total newb...should be fun!). There has also been some other interest. So speak up if you have questions, or want to join. -Tyler
