Denton Trail #69 Sun. April 12 (Easter)

This is on the east side north of Four Peaks by Tonto Basin. Out and back from the TH. According to the Tonto info on their website, the RT length is 10.6 miles and my software says the AEG is 3100'. Leaving again at 5:30am.

I'll be making my semi-annual appearance @ church.....and that's only because I'm sure there will be brunch afterwards!

I'm gonna be curious to see if/how much snow is on 4Peaks. That will have a big effect on getting to the TH.

How was getting up to 4 peaks....I'm planning on going to lone pine TH here probably tomorrow and knowing the road condition would be nice.

Uh you dont take the same road to get to Lone Pine and the Denton Trailhead, Lone Pine is FS 143, and Denton is a totally different road.

El Oso is in great condition.

If you're drving a car definitely go to the route 188 side of FR143 aka El Oso Road.
