i just wanted to say thanks to joe for sharing the video on his signature. i just watched it and found it inspiring and fascinating. i already forwarded the link to my daughter in law who is a teacher and mom now raising 4 little ones.

Link is gone and it appears it was an old FLASH video. FLASH was dropped by all 5-8 years ago cuz it was insecure.
