Anyone else using this photo program? You upload your pictures, geotag them, and if they are approved they go into Google Earth. (the blue squares you see for pics on GE)
I have been putting my Arizona Trail pictures into this program so that when you view the AZT on Google Earth, along the way you can click and see pictures from the area. Here's a link to my account: http://www.panoramio.com/user/2506732

I have some out there for the White Tanks and up around Crown King... Once submitted, they took awhile to get approved and posted

Re: Panoramio
I've uploaded a couple. Plan to upload more. The google earth photos available for different areas have been very helpful in deciding where I want to go backpacking and camping.

Re: Panoramio
There's no "approval" to post geocoded photos on Hike Arizona plus there's multiple ways of doing it too.
- Already geocoded by your camera
- Type in the coordinates under the edit function on individual photo pages
- Geocode by map, under the edit function on the full photoset page
- Sync to a GPS Route
A Google Earth will be on TrailDEX Map someday. I could activate it now but it's not up to par yet with standalone version.
